CoThrive ("Company" or "CoThrive") has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the CoThrive web site and application (the "Site" or "Sites") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.

1. Personal Collected Information

CoThrive offers a variety of services that are collectively referred to as the "Service." CoThrive collects information from individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites ("Visitors") and individuals who register to use the Service ("Customers").

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Service or registering to use the Service, CoThrive requires you to provide the Company with contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address ("Required Contact Information"). When purchasing the Service, CoThrive requires you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Service ("Billing Information"). CoThrive may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, or industry ("Optional Information"). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as "Data About CoThrive Customers."

As you navigate the Company’s Web sites, CoThrive may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons ("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

CoThrive uses Data about CoThrive Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a "Contact Me" web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Service.

The Company may also use Data About CoThrive Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in CoThrive, the Service, and to send you information regarding the Company and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.

CoThrive uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Service.

2. Use of Information

CoThrive uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their accounts. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@cothrive.com. Separately, Customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. CoThrive may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and send customer newsletters. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@cothrive.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.

All financial and Billing Information that the Company collects through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This Billing Information is not used by CoThrive for marketing or promotional purposes. CoThrive uses a third-party intermediary to securely manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). CoThrive will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the CoThrive Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Cookies

When you interact with the CoThrive Site, we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Site, our web server sends a cookie to your computer.
